Empirical data on the structural elements of productivity and yield quality of potato varieties with different maturity on dark chestnut soils of the Saratov Left Bank under the conditions of 2023-2025 were obtained as a result of the research. The purpose of the research was to estimate the effect of potato varieties with different maturity and the agrochemicals used on the structural elements of tuber yield and its quality. The objects of the study were tubers and plants of potato varieties (Factor A) of different maturity groups: 1. Early-season (4): Zhukovsky ranniy (1993), Impala (1995), Red Scarlett (2000); Argo (2022). 2. Mid-season (4): Zekura (1997), Gala (2008), Memphis (2015), Zumba (2020). Before planting, potato tubers and plants at the stage recommended by the manufacturer were treated with agrochemicals (Factor B) according to the following scheme: 1. Control (water treatment). 2. Aminozol .3. Phylloton. 4. Izabion. When assessing the weight of commercial potato tubers per unit area, a reliable excess was in the Zhukovsky ranniy variety after application of Izabion and Aminozol – 847.3 and 863.6 g, respectively. The highest tuber weight was after application of the Phylloton in the Impala and the Argo potato varieties – 760.7 and 834.5 g, and in the Red Scarlett variety after application of the Izabion - 743.6 g. In terms of marketable tuber weight in the control variants, the Argo variety had the highest value of 242.2 g. Among the studied early-season potato varieties, the Zhukovsky ranniy had the highest yield of marketable potato tubers without the application of agrochemicals: 41.9 t/ha. Treatment of tubers and plants with agrochemicals increases this indicator to varying degrees, but the maximum value of 46.6 t/ha was in the experimental plots with the Zhukovsky ranniy variety and the application of the Izabion. A positive effect of the agrochemicals on starch content was revealed. A reliable excess of 13.2% over the control was in the Zhukovsky ranniy after application of the Izabion. In the group of mid-season potato varieties, the highest yield of the marketable fraction was when growing the Memphis variety: 46.4 t/ha. A comprehensive assessment revealed that the highest yield was in the Memphis variety using the Isabion agrochemical – 57.5 t/ha. Among the studied varieties in this group and various combinations, the highest starch content had the Zumba potato variety (16.2%), and after application of the Isabion (17.0%). Mid-season varieties had the highest marketable yield and productivity, starch content increased by 2.0-4.0%.
